a food review by Arjay Vinas

During Holy Week, I went back to Nueva Ecija to spend it with my family. As we all know, the temperature during that time is damn high which will make you crave for something cold. Aside from juices and shakes, I was able to discover this

The Aying’s Pastillas Halo- Halo. The famous Pastillas store in Nueva Ecija. This Halo-halo isn’t an ordinary one, it’s a different one. The milk that is used to this halo halo was pastillas. The milk that is used in making this pastillas is grass fed and they’re proud that the pastillas has no preservatives. The pastillas was made and later dissolve it through carabao’s milk by blending. Of course, their pastillas is a must try when you go to Nueva Ecija. It is also made from pure carabao’s milk. It is a creamy, velvety and melts in mouth feeling that will make you crave for more. The varieties include Pastillas De Leche, Ube, Queso, Pandan, Langka, Yema and Assorted Flavor

Aying’s Pastillas is Located at Maharlika Highway, San Fernando Sur, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. (in front of barangay hall). If you’re also from Manila, you may contact them at 09261697118. Meet ups at DLSU and CSB area. Php. 180/box at Manila and Php. 160.00 at Nueva Ecija
